About Felicia O. A. Dennis
Dr. Felicia Omarya Alise Dennis, a native of York, Pennsylvania, is a dynamic leader and advocate serving her community and beyond. As the Founding Pastor of FreshFire Tabernacle International and the Pennsylvania State Conference Coordinator, she provides spiritual guidance and leadership. She is also a York City Councilwoman and works in the York City School District’s Safety and Security Department.
Dr. Dennis holds an associate degree in graphic design and a doctorate in theology, driven by her passion for supporting youth and families. Her extensive community involvement includes owning several businesses and initiatives, such as Felicia’s Tae Kwon Do Karate Studio, Thou Art & Natural Products, Camouflage Security, and uLift uLoad Hauling. She also leads cultural and advocacy programs like Felicia O.A. Dennis Missions, Call to Action Worldwide, and African-American First Fridays.
In addition, Dr. Dennis serves as Deputy International Ambassador for the Gullah Nation of North America and local President of the Black Star Action Network International. As a child welfare alumna and clergy member, she brings firsthand experience and determination to her mission of empowering others, addressing community needs, and fostering global connections through her extensive work.
